- The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order. Shipping times in the U.S. vary between 2-8 business days, depending on location and postal holidays. You will be issued a tracking number once your order ships.
We gladly accept orders from all around the globe. Shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address. You can see shipping cost prior to checking out in your shopping cart. After your order ships, you will receive an international tracking number via email.
- We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately. If you receive an incorrect product, we will send out the correct product and arrange for the return of the incorrect product. Please email customer service in the event you receive damaged or incorrect products.
- 15% Restocking Fee Applies to All Returns. Contact Customer Service for a shipping label, which can be applied to the original packaging to return the product. Products may be returned within 30 days to the Shielo warehouse [address below] with your order number or invoice receipt. We accept returns on items purchased by phone or through our web store. We cannot accept returns for purchases from other locations or retail stores.

- Modifying an Order
- Most orders you place on shielo.com enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified. If you need to adjust an order that was recently placed, but not shipped, please contact customer service through the contact link at the top of the page as soon as possible.
